
This is bit of a rush. I have a lot of writing to accomplish. Here you go:
-1/2 cup cooked minute rice
-1/4 cup of cooked frozen veggies
-3 slices of chicken strips
-1/2 tbsp italian dressing (any dressing of your desire)
Combine and mix up. Eat up. Only 265 Calories.
